I'm writing a paper on homology. In my paper code, I use a part of your code.
Have you published any papers on this project? How can I cite it? I didn't see this information in the Readme.

Hello, no sadly I did not publish I had a lack of time to produce a clean explaining paper. If you want to cite this work using BibTex I would use something like this:

@misc{lggit,
author = {Gautier, LOVEIKO},
howpublished = {\url{https://github.com/salimandre/unsupervised-image-segmentation-persistent-homology}},
month = jan,
year = 2019}

Glad to see this topic is still active,
Gautier

Can I modify your code and put it in my paper code?
I forgot to ask this question last time. Sorry.
This is my first time writing a paper. I'm not familiar with homology, but from your code and report, it has helped me a lot.
