Describe the solution you'd like

Issues:

  1. Automate the creation of symlinks in /srv/salt/per this example: sudo ln -s ${IAC_RUN_DIR}/airflow-formula/airflow /srv/salt/airflow 2>/dev/null` but check if "salt-formula" should do this instead
  2. Introduce a "local_examples: boolean" like airflow has
