Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Fedora 40 is currently in Beta, but the estimated release date of GA is April 2024 or May 2024. Creating this feature request ahead of time as a placeholder.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ensure that new AMIs are build to replace the Fedora 39 AMIs in CI/CD, and update documentation to add Fedora 39 as supported after confirming builds are LIVE.

Depending on timeline, this may supersede work done in:
