[DOCS] docker_container.running hostname is not set from name

Description

Documentation for docker_container.running states:

Hostname of the container. If not provided, the value passed as the container'sname will be used for the hostname.

Suggested Fix

Remove the second sentence. It is not relevant anymore since #41800

Alternatively, code could be changed so that hostname is set to name when network_mode is not set to host.
