Spoilers can be extended in flight to the UP/Ground spoiler mode, which should be available only up to FLIGHT

The handle can be moved in the real aircraft past the flight detent. The flight control computer will only extend to the flight limit. So here should be checked that the speed brake handle can be moved fully but the spoilers have different extensions depending if the aircraft is on ground or in flight.
