Unnecessary double folder?

I notice that when we're downloading a song, you create two directories - one for the artist and within that, one for the album. I feel it's absolutely unnecessary to create too many folders.
I propose the following suggestions:

1. <Artist name> - <Album name> on 1 folder
2. <Artist name> on outer folder and <song name> - <album name>.mp3 inside the folder.
   Opinions?

Hm, won't that create a lot of folders if you want to download all the albums of an artist?
