Hi there!
A am using Ryan Faith's Css sticky footer markup, and in this case the-modal doesn't work properly. It scrolls current page to top.
When I'm switching off html and body css 'height' property, everything became fine.

@davinmsu, I check this in FF27, Google Chrome 33. I set body, html height to 100% in css, but modal work's good. Page not scroll to top on modal open. Maybe you can show your markup, e.g. on jsFiddle?
