Based on the log, it seems that Mergen crashed due to an uncaught exception of type NSFileHandleOperationException.

The reason might be:

• attempting to read from was not open or had already been closed.
• issue with the permissions for accessing the file. (permission problem)
• corrupted or malformed file.
