fastai is a great library that wraps PyTorch. It has a very nice API for doing data augmentation for CV, but for text, the only available preprocessing is simple things like whitespace manipulation and tokenization.

Maybe this could be a plugin to fast.ai? Maybe we copy the code? Maybe there is a convenience method that pulls this in?

Not sure, this definitely is just a rough idea and needs discussion.
