Print (and print preview) malformed #1

Works great in browser but for some reason the print gets malformed. I tried with Chrome, Firefox and Edge and the results are identical. It's not related to the printer either.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the demo page
  2. Open print preview

Ah, I didn't realize print options like these exist:

  • Enable "background graphics" (make the ribbon etc. visible again)
  • Disable "header and footer markers" (aligns the bingos to pages correctly)
