Run the update command in the abs_library folder

I'm sorry but I dont understand the summery of README.md file
what does it mean by Run the update command in the abs_library folder?
from where i can run the update command?! should i open android studio and use the terminal?
and what is the the code of run command is this all !! "android update project -p"?
there is no file cmd or bat to run the command!!

Please can you more clarify how to use actionbarsherlock and how to run that command

using Android Studio & windows 7 64bit
