Very sorry for the delay in responding to you! I have just pushed an update on the develop branch (v1.1.1.9018) to resolve this issue. The update adds new parameters cluster_feature and cluster_ident which are logical and TRUE by default (same plots as before the update). By setting them to FALSE you can turn the clustering on/off.
If you set cluster_ident to FALSE the order of the idents on the plot will be the order of factor in the active ident of the object. So if you modify the order of that factor you can modify the order of the plot.
If you have any issues after the update please let me know here and I'll reopen the issue.
Would that possible to enable choice of clustering of row/column?
In additional, would that be possible to allow sample/cell type be ordered by specified factor level?
