Rationale

Provide a delete button for rejected transfers 'Transfers of Ownership' view or delete that transfer after the notification referring to this rejection was deleted.
Enable rejecting user to delete listing of this transfer from his transfer view, too.

Expected behavior

Provide a delete button for rejected transfers or delete that transfer after the notification referring to this rejection was deleted.

Rejecting user can delete listing of this transfer from his transfer view too.

Actual behavior

Can not delete rejected transfers from Transfers of Ownership listing. Deleting the respective notification as no effect on that listing.

Rejecting user cannot delete listing from his transfer view too.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. transfer a work to other user
2. other user rejects this transfer
3. go to Transfers of Ownership https://nurax-dev.curationexperts.com/dashboard/transfers?locale=en
