Descriptive summary

In the relationships tab on a Valkyrie resource edit form, searching for a child work returns an exception.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Create a two Valkyrie resources
  2. Edit one of the resources and navigate to the Relationships tab
  3. Select the Search for a Work dropdown and being entering the title of the other Valkyrie resource
