This seems unlikely to be sustainable for the foreseeable future, and with Rails 7 support as a requirement for core components, I suspect that dropping Ruby 2.5 support is very likely necessary.

Currently, attempting to pin the Gem dependencies which can be used to narrow the support for Ruby 2.5.z requires quite a number of deprecated releases be used as strict dependencies:
