[0.9.6] Sandman tray icon not updating properly when "Keep terminated" is on #1221

Describe the bug
Title

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Turn Keep terminated on
start any sandboxed program and close it/terminate all processes
tray icon still shows iconfull

Expected behavior
Terminated processes kept should not count for the tray to show "full"

System details and installed software (please provide the following information):

What is your Windows edition and version? (i.e. Windows 10 Pro 20H2). w7 64
What is your current Sandboxie edition and version? (i.e. Sandboxie Plus 0.7.2). 0.9.6
