What happened?

Requirement: Any Plus install since 1.0.0 without a certificate applied and with "Always on Top" option enabled.

When you run any program on an App Compartment sandbox or when you attempt to create a new box type like Hardened sandbox, the certificate dialog will appear behind of the app itself and not in foreground.

Already reported here: #1388 (comment)

Workaround: Terminate the certificate dialog after an ALT+TAB

Expected behavior

Certificate dialogs should always appear in the foreground

What is your Windows edition and version?

Windows 10 21H1 x64

Please mention any installed security software

Windows Defender

What version of Sandboxie are you running?

Sandboxie Plus 1.0.10 x64 - already reported since 1.0.0

Is it a regression?

Never fixed since 1.0.0
