Describe what you noticed and did
The normal operation is that when you create a New Box with "Configure Advanced Options" unchecked the Summary page doesn't show the "Save options as new defaults" dialog but it does when checked. The issue consist in that when you create a New Box with "Configure Advanced Options" checked the checkmark is remembered the next time you create another Box and when that happens the "Save options as new defaults" doesn't appear.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a New Box with "Configure Advanced Options" checked and finish the creation process without touching anything else.
Now go to Create New Box again and you will see that "Configure Advanced Options" is checked by default, continue the creation process until you go to the Summary page and you will see that "Save options as new defaults" doesn't show anymore.
Extra:
Now if you cancel the Box creation process and open a new one or go back to the start screen uncheck "Configure Advanced Options" and check it again, then continue the creation process and "Save options as new defaults" is back but now cancel the creation or go back again and continue to the Summary page to see that it is gone once again.
My theory is that "Save options as new defaults" only appears if the user manually activate "Configure Advanced Options" and that's why when it is activated by default after a Box creation it doesn't show.
