Run from Sandbox > Run > Program and Run from folder doesn't use the same working dir

Similar to this issue (#3203) but for running programs pinned to Run menu from the main window.

Steps to reproduce:

• Use the same game in this issue (Run Sandboxed and Run from folder doesn't use the same working dir #3203)
• Right-click to a sandbox
• Sandbox Options
• Run Menu
• Add program
• Copy and paste path to the program exe
• Save

And finally this is what we have:

Now try to run the above program:
