We noticed that COMMON fails to collect data from Windows 11 machines.

I'm not totally sure why, but I suspect it's because COMMON uses an 'old' API to collect WMI data that Windows 11 no longer supports.

Fix COMMON to use the newer, more modern, WMI API.
