As SSRs I would like to rename the report column headers in the sample_tracking_view so that they are clearer to end users.

  • Rename manifest_created to manifest_uploaded
  • Rename plate_barcode to manifest_plate_barcode
  • Rename manifest_submitted to labware_received
  • Rename working_dilution_count to work_started_count
  • Rename working_dilution_first to work_started_first
  • Rename working_dilution_last to work_started_last
  • Rename sequencing_start_count to sequencing_run_start_count
  • Rename sequencing_start_first to sequencing_run_first
  • Rename sequencing_start_last to sequencing_run_start_last
  • Rename sequencing_complete_count to sequencing_qc_complete_count
  • Rename sequencing_complete_first to sequencing_qc_complete_first
  • Rename sequencing_complete_last to sequencing_qc_complete_last
  • Update Confluence page Sample Tracking Report to reflect changes

Rename columns to make it clear that count columns are counting samples

count -> samples
