GPL-742-1 Add new Role/Subject/Event Types to Event Warehouse

User story
As developers, we would like the new Role/Subject/Event Types required for GPL-742 to have non-nonsense descriptions. New Types will automatically get added, but they get added with default descriptions. We would like to add them in a new migration before they are needed, so that we can add sensible descriptions

  • lh_beckman_cp_source_no_plate_map_data
  • lh_beckman_cp_source_all_negatives
  • lh_beckman_cp_destination_created
