Use new Nuxt full static mode

The current template builds Nuxt in the SPA mode. But Nuxt is better known for its static mode with nuxt generate and, with the latest Nuxt release, its full static mode with nuxt build && nuxt export.

Can I submit a PR with changes from SPA to full static? Or do you prefer that I create a new starter template?
IMO I think it's better to update this template. Static sites generators and the Jamstack is what is currently popular, not so much SPA, especially not with Nuxt. And from what I saw, the other starter templates are also statically built.

I also have other ideas for updating the Nuxt template (like previewing draft content with the new Nuxt preview mode), but I'll submit them in separate pull requests.
