今天被reject了，三个编辑一致认为文章和期刊不符，搞的跟审稿一样。我投的时候也知道不符..但是谁让你的IF高啊.. 又换回TED了，还得更换一下LATEX模板。IEEE为什么不能像其他出版社一样，用同一个模板的不同参数指定就好了呢？
下午本来要把GaN HEMT的一篇整理文章写好，学弟的VNC又出故障了，查看了一下午，前几天一直在帮源斌师兄安装julia和配置服务器科学上网，虽然.. 但

国内安装使用有点麻烦，需要配梯子和http代理
