Benj. Blessum, artist and author, outstanding member of our Chicago Norwegian colony, is leaving in June to study portrait painting in Germany. Mr. Blessum's works are well-known in the U.S.A. and the Scandinavian countries. Upon completing his studies in Germany, he will spend some time in Norway, where he hopes to paint one or more notables. Mr. Blessum is really talented and we predict his success.
