add configuration for s3 to enable s3 usage inside docker image

skeleton was not fully ready for the s3 pipeline and I had to pimp it up
implementation is done in the way that there is one image that can be still used on local for local development or remotely in the pipeline
you just pass env PIPELINE=true to say you want to use it on remote
