I'm not sure what it has to do with youtube for kids, since the issue is present for ALL videos.

Try turn off ambient mode and disabled "Display ratio bar" option

While watching some random videos, I got duplicate videos on the watchpage. Perhaps it's the bug of Youtube itself.

I just saw that you're using another script, and that's what caused the bug.
