Versions newer than 1.0 are not available on grails

All versions released after grails-apns-1.0 were not submitted to the Grails Central Plugin Repository, and are not available for installation since then.
Any projects upgraded to grails >= 2.4 will need at least an update to grails-apns-1.1 because version grails-apns-1.0 still uses ConfigurationHolder (and it has been removed).
I'd use the zip, but grails doesn't let me install plugins from zips anymore.

Please, update the latest version of the plugin on the central repository!

Hi, I see you are actively making changes to this plugin...any chance you can push this latest version 1.2 to the Grails Central Plugin Repository? I'd really like to use this version but can't install from zip as I"m using grails 2.3.11.
