Generate the BOM from eeschema in XML and then run it from bom2csv.xslt in this project

- eia481 defines how parts are placed in reels: http://www.bbs.dianyuan.com/bbs/u/39/1141628341.pdf
- inverted manually (180) the sdcard. should fix the footprint. I believa eai481 says the pins should be at the top.
- not sure about where the centroid of the usb connector should be. (FIXED - I think)
