TNet COVID-19 Global Dataset

The metadata of all 2123 sequences, and 10 bootstrap trees used for global country level analysis with TNet.

• metadata_06_12.tsv is the metadata file containing Accession ID, Collection date, country, and country of exposure for every sequence.
• bootstrap_trees folder contains the 10 rooted bootstrap trees used for the analysis.
