My personal preference is to include author in Todo, eg
TODO by Lonli-Lokli: Cannot fix because of JIRA-123.
The reason is kind of responsibility - not only other but yourself will always know who decided that another fix is required.

@Lonli-Lokli I believe you can set the commentPattern to accomplish something like that

Yeah, I'm doing that.
It would be nice to be able to further customize the errors though, as I'm only using the plugin for authors, rather than issues.
