Where is the Twig Linter options window when this plugin is installed?

Strange: when I run the module sources from NetBeans, I see the Twig Linter options window. But not when I install the NBM file that is in the Plugin Portal. Can you check?

My extensions were not collected because they were Ant projects ...
Migrated to Maven + updated the confluence wiki, adding a lot of new information.
