Order view issue

After install extension it works fine in front end. But i am facing issue in admin panel once click in order view.The issue is Information Changes have been made to this section that have not been saved. This tab contains invalid data. Please resolve this before saving.

I am changing the 5 fields to 2 fields. Is there any issue found to remove the three fields or any other changes in file...

There are 7 or so files that need to be changed for modifying the fields. Make sure you updated all of them.
