sbt

Please delete your project/ directory and all target/ directories. These contain "old stuff".
Then it should work.

sbt 0.11.1 might be bugged ?

No. I am using 0.11.1. And it works. Also worked for 0.11.0.
Cannot reproduce your issue.

yes I can confirm it's 0.11.1 problem, going back to 0.11 fixed it
0.11.1 was just released https://github.com/harrah/xsbt/wiki/Changes
