Creating a "Tested On" Wiki/Doc page #114

To keep track of system-configurations that are already tested, we should create a wiki page for this. This could look like

That's cool! And may be we should distinguish host and target OS? Built on Gentoo, works fine on Debian.

Ok, I rev'ed your verison (thanks much for that) with the various features I could remember we specifically added to native packager: https://github.com/sbt/sbt-native-packager/wiki/Tested-On

The last step is to add a link to that in the README and in the docs, then we can close this :)
