When SBT is run it updates environment parameters in .bsp/sbt.json to current session parameters, which cause problems if you use SBT in Windows and in WSL as well, specifically Intellij Idea run under Windows trying to launch SBT with WSL parameters if you run WSL last.
Not sure what is the best way to solve that problem, one option can be is to introduce environment-specific profiles or generally profiles to .bsp configuration where you can choose a specific profile with parameter.
