Segment (and tree?) list forget collapsed state of groups when switching tabs

Context

annotation, segment (and potentially tree) lists

Expected Behavior

the collapsed state of each group should not be reset when switching tabs

Current Behavior

the collapsed state of each group is reset when switching tabs

Steps to Reproduce the bug

• Cannot reproduce the bug anymore / needs deeper investigation.

1. create annotation
2. create segments
3. create groups and make some of them collapsed and some of them expanded
4. switch the wk tab so that the segments are not visible anymore and then switch back
