mdoc.js and README.md.js scripts included twice in the page #579

If you look at the generated HTML source for https://armanbilge.github.io/http4s-dom you'll find that the mdoc.js and README.md.js scripts are included twice, once in the <head> and again towards the end of the <body>.

This is probably related to (causing) #577.

Ah, but this might not be mdoc's fault since you are not generating the html :) I will investigate.

Confirmed, this is an issue with laika. Apologies. I'll close #577 as well unless I can find evidence to re-open.
