More UI fixes

Changes

• Change the colour of the sidebar back to what it was.
• Fix the wide buttons across the system.
• Api commercial only https/ review also ui options in commercial(https only as well)
• Different pages for the steps in the signup (allow refresh)
• Environment: bug in install tags, wrong port, not responsive
• analytics + check-tags=1 + empty set => Blur the graph page and this copy:
