apologies for that! It is because I hadn't finished implementing the intrinsics change.
Could you do a master-merge or rebase into your branch, and apply the patch file to geometry.py? Possibly, I have overseen anything else, but this should help for the first start.

Hi Nisse,
I have merged my projection code into master, but it now can't run, becuase of some bug in loading, maybe we can fix them soon.
As for my email, I have no idea why it bounced the email, maybe you can try to send me email without attachment. If it doesn't success, you can inform me here. We can try other way to communicate.

Applied patch file to geometry code and merged into master.
