Description:
Disabled products/category/CMS pages return status code 200

Expected behavior:
All pages that return 404 page should return 404 status code

To Reproduce:

1. Open disabled CMS page - https://scandipwapmrev.indvp.com/default/test
2. Open disabled PDP - https://scandipwapmrev.indvp.com/default/unq-linen-dress.html
3. Open disabled category - https://scandipwapmrev.indvp.com/default/women/women-dresses/summer-dresses.html

Actual result:
Disabled products/category/CMS pages are returning "404 page", however, in "Network" 404 code is not sent
