Description:
Page switches to PDP for 1-2 sec, then PLP and again returns to PDP when opening PDP from PLP if user doesn't have a fast internet

Expected behavior:
PDP opens

To Reproduce:

  1. Open FE
  2. Set slow 3G internet in network tab
  3. Open PLP
  4. Open PDP

Actual result:
PDP opens -> after 1-2sec PLP opens -> after 1-2sec PDP opens

tried local/master/pmrev, can't reproduce either
