Description:
%s is displayed in notification message instead of entered email if user resets password from /customer/account/forgotpassword page

Expected behavior:
Notification message 'If there is an account associated with {enteredEmail} you will receive an email with a link to reset your password' is displayed as it looks if submit form from Forgot password form in overlay

To Reproduce:

  1. Open forgot password page - https://scandipwapmrev.indvp.com/default/customer/account/forgotpassword
  2. Enter email
  3. Click on Send Reset Link

Actual result:
Notification message 'If there is an account associated with %s you will receive an email with a link to reset your password' is displayed. %s is displayed instead of entered email
