Time Tracking by reporting worked hours instead of reporting from to

As a user, I would like to open the time-tracking to fill in my worked hours per day.
It might be more efficient to fill in one value of the worked hours instead of writing down the values in a time frame format "From:" "To:"

Current behavior
The time tracking view only allows to fill in values using the from:, to: values
Required behavior
The time tracking view allows to either fill in values using the from:, to: values or by using a single value for the worked hours
