I've been tinkering with this and older builds, and have come to the conclusion that there is a bug in the binaries built using this - if you use a trackpad with certain clients, mouse clicks will not be registered in the correct location - i.e., somehow, the mouse down/mouse up events are processed without updating the mouse coordinates, which results in them landing in "old" positions.
An older build (2.5) doesn't exhibit this behaviour (with exactly the same client - CORD on Mac OS X). I'll try reporting this to the freerdp guys as well, but think it wise to leave a note here.

Belay that. There is a strange interaction with mouse capture events and full screen mode in the Mac that seems to be reset whenever I switch server connections...
