Add universal GitHub updater

There should be a new microservice to check for newer versions of an application hosted on github as MSI installer. If new version is available it should ask user whether he/she wants to install it if so new version should be downloaded and once application is closed installer should be started.
Next step would be to implement update mechanism but basing on .zip/.7z file with content to be extracted to application directory after application is closed.
