PDF rendering wrongly cropped

Hi and thousands of thanks for the great stuff.

I'm having issue regarding PDF generation, actually slides are looking like this:

As you can see, there's a strange crop on every slide and a silly PrinceXML icon on top left, which might be the cause.

#113 is similar to this - the PDF Print function in WebKit is ignoring the font/size of the html document that it is printing

IN #113 you can see this when i dump the html file and then use the print to pdf feature of safari

I've got the same problem, when rendering the pdf in chrome/safari/firefox all of my code examples get cut off : / Has anyone found any workarounds or fixes for this?
