On a fresh django 2.2 installation (python3) installing django-request-context according to instructions and launching homepage results in :

ObjExisted at / , request already exist, can't replace.

Attached below is also a screenshot of the error page. Thanks for looking into this!

I wasted some time on this. Author fixed a bug but did not release it. pip version is totally broken and unusable.

Been a year since I first came across this package and still doesn't look to work, but this type of functionality is really handy so I published a working version at: https://pypi.org/project/django-context-request/
