Use chrome-launcher to launch Chrome when using Chromeless locally. Then we don't have to explain to users that they need to have Chrome running for Chromeless to work locally.

I'd love to tackle this. Would be a huge improvement (and it's not too big a change)

#120 should resolve this and a few other issues I've seen
