Add layout for displaying Timelines in an Exhibit

Create a layout, usable by ExhibitBuilder, for displaying a specific Timeline. Users should be able to search/sort existing Timelines and choose from those results.

There is currently no way to filter the list of available layouts in ExhibitBuilder, so we would need to include these files somewhere in the plugin, and instruct users to move the files to their proper location in ExhibitBuilder.

This would also require adding a way for users to search for, and select, a specific timeline to display.

Is this an issue in NeatlineTime, or a larger issue for EB?

Definitely an issue for NeatlineTime. Think there's already an issue for EB to filter the list of layouts.
